1.Q. I am a client of Iconic Moments how do I select my prints ? .
1.A. Really easy from home page click on "view your pictures" then select your album, click on the photo you wish to select then just click on "add to favourites" once you have selected the amount of photographs for your package just Click on "View favourites" then click on "send to photographer" that's it we will get an email with all your selected photographs.
2.Q. Do I have to select all my photographs all at once ? .
2.A. No you can save the selected photographs so far and come back to it at a later time.
3.Q. I am a friend of the Bride & Groom of one of the albums on your website am i able to purchase prints to be delivered to my home ? .
3.A. Yes you sure can click on "View your pictures" then select the album of your friends, Click on the photograph you wish to purchase then you will see down the left hand side of the image "size" this gives you a choice "9" x 6" Glossy Print " or "JPEG by email" select which you require. You will have the option with colour "As shown" which means as you can see it now or "Black & White" if you select this option you will get to see what this image looks like before adding to cart, If you don't like the black & white image just re- select "as shown". Last of all you have the option of how many of the image you require. Once you have selected amount of that image required juct click "add to cart" the last options you have is to select any other images you wish to purchase. Then click on " view cart " then "checkout " to complete purchase.
4.Q. Can I purchase a copy of the DVD Slideshow ? .
4.A. Yes this is much the same as above to purchase DVD Slideshow click on "View your pictures" select album required just click on anyone of the images now in the "size" option box select "DVD Slideshow"
leave the colour option as it is on "as shown" and the "QTY" option can be set to the amount of copies you require then just click "add to cart" then "view cart" finally "checkout to complete purchase. *Please note that the image you selected at the start is not included with Dvd this is the only way I could make this work. The slideshow come on a single dvd lightscribe with image of Bride & Groom and last for approx 15 mins.

1.Q.Am I able to view your work before booking ?.
1.A. Yes all our packages come with two free consultations, The first one is so we can meet each other and I will show you work from other weddings plus we can also discuss your requirements for your special day.
After this I will leave you with a booking form, I am not there to take deposits or get you to sign up for anything.
If you would like to use Iconic Moments Photography for your wedding photography just complete the booking form and return it to the address on the form with a £50 deposit.
The second consultation will be 4 weeks before your big day this is to confirm everything you require for your wedding day.
